Solarium, play park for children, all Balcony and terraces available with bar and resturant services, overlooking magnificent vistas. Visit to olive productions and also wine cellar, and production. Visit to the well spring, fountain of thermal water resevoir.
All the apartments have provided of satellitar digital TV.

    Services not included:
daily cleaning services;
autonomous heating systems, which are not connected to central unit. there is cleaning service available, the prices range from 42,31 € to 77,47 €, depending on the  size of the apartment. Transportation and from the Airports, or Train stations. These prices vary depending according to where, which one, and the desired form of transportation.

A babysitter;

Private tours and guides through historical sites, and Galleries of Art and Cultural Events, in Arezzo, Florence, Siena.
